The current residential service model is weekly and bi-weekly recurring service.
Do you remove the waste from my property?
Yes. Waste is bagged and removed from your yard every visit.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can safely access the yard and pets are secured when needed, you do not need to be home.

Is service pet-safe?
Yes. The cleanup process is built for homes with dogs, kids, and lawns. Optional treatments are selected with pet safety in mind.
What happens if my gate is locked?
If access is unavailable, the team will communicate with you. Keeping gate access clear on service day helps avoid missed visits.
Can I change from bi-weekly to weekly?
Yes. Customers can upgrade to weekly service when route availability allows.
