Customer Responsibilities
Terms of Service
These terms summarize the expectations that help keep recurring pet waste removal service safe, reliable, and clear for every customer.
- Customers are responsible for providing safe access into and out of the yard on scheduled service days.
- Aggressive pets must be secured away from the yard during service. Friendly pets are welcome when access is safe.
- Service covers visible, solid, dry pet waste. Soft stool, parasite-contaminated waste, and unsafe areas may be excluded.
- Grass, weeds, leaves, and debris can reduce visibility. Keeping the service area maintained helps the team clean thoroughly.
- The team does not climb fences or clean under unsafe obstacles, low branches, trampolines, or areas that create a safety issue.
- Lightning, hurricanes, flooding, and severe weather may disrupt service. Make-up scheduling depends on route availability.
- Grass cutting is recommended after scooping so waste is not ground into the lawn before service.
- Billing, late fees, declined payments, returned payments, temporary suspensions, and cancellations are handled according to the active customer agreement.
- Freedom Scoopers is not liable for damage to yards, gates, pets, lost pets, or property conditions outside its control.
- By starting service, the customer authorizes Freedom Scoopers to enter the property for scheduled service and bill for services rendered.
